B. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE REAL LEADER – CHRIST AS THE DIVINE LEADER
- HE WASHES THE FEET
- Through humbleness our hearts are widened to all mankind.
- As Christ washes our feet and forgives our sins we have to wash the feet of our brethren, and forgive them their sins.
- STRETCHED HIS HANDS TO EMBRACE MANKIND
- All mankind are our beloved ones, even those who persecute us.
- We practice our leadership through universal love, as the Lord who stretched His hands to all mankind, from all nations and languages.
- The Lord revealed His leadership not by giving orders, but by sacrificing Himself.
- ENTERED THE GRAVE TO MAKE US HOLY TEMPLE
- Our Lord changed even the grave, which is defiled in the sight of the Jews, into a holy temple.
- To be a leader we have to be concerned not in condemning others, but their sanctification and glorification eternally.
- THE SOURCE OF INNER JOY AND HEAVENLY PEACE
- As a leader you remember that Christ who dwells in your heart is the Source of joy.
- Our message is calling other to attain the heavenly joy.
- The believer who is in lack of joy has no place to Christ within him.
- LOVER OF THE DESPISED AND NEEDY
- Our Leader was crucified outside Jerusalem, where He meets the despised people.
- God’s pleasure is to call Himself as the Father of the orphans, the Judge of the widows, and the Support of the oppressed. He is the hope of the hopeless, and the Support of who have no support
- The true leader is that who takes care of those who have no body to ask for them.
- FORGIVER OF SINS AND REDEEMER OF SOULS FROM CORRUPTION
- Our Lord redeemed us while we were enemies.
- HE WANTS ALL TO BE REDEEMED AND ATTAIN KNOWLEDGE
- Our Lord grants us the Truth, and knowledge …
- HE WANTS ALL TO BE LEADERS
